Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

For subscription (recurring) orders, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal is processed. Once a recurring order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Due to the nature of our grooming products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final once an order has been delivered. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or simply did not prefer a particular scent.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If the error was ours, we'll replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.
