At Black Rebel Beard Co., we work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During major product launches, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
- We currently ship throughout the United States.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Delivery estimates provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Black Rebel Beard Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll gladly help you work with the carrier to locate it.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
